About the event

You’ll be guided through simple movements that help reduce tension, improve posture, support nervous system regulation, and encourage easier, more natural breathing.

We’ll explore five foundational developmental patterns to give you a sense of how the body organizes for more efficient breathing, postural support, and overall function. This is the first session of our posture and breathing course for dental and medical professionals.
